  1. SYSTEMS AND
OPERATIONS
  1. To prepare food and provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to all customers (internal & external)
as per organizational standards of quality.
  1. Controls food wastage, without compromising on food quality.
  2. Prepares all mis-en-place in his production sections for smooth kitchen operation.
  3. Ensures hygiene and cleanliness of his area at all times.
  4. Assists the chef de partie in implementing organizational standards of quality.

  7. Assists the Chef de Partie in implementing organizational standards on food quality, preparation and
presentation.
  1. STAFF/TRAINING 1. Responsible for maintaining all kitchen equipment in his area in food working condition.
  2. Responsible for adherence to all organizational policies and procedures.
  3. Must move from section to section through training development.
  4. Maintains excellent intradepartmental communication by means of logbooks and various other
memoranda as specified by the Executive Chef.
  1. Attends behavioral and vocational training in own and related work areas to enhance skills and develop
multifunctional.
  1. Shares his skill and knowledge with all employees.
  2. OTHER DUTIES AS
ASSIGNED
  1. Following established health and safety policies and procedures.
  2. Participates on the regular evacuation drill procedure.
  3. Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
  4. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other Hotel employees to foster and promote a
cooperative and harmonious working climate.
  1. Adheres to environmentally friendly practices such as: reduce waste, recycle when possible and reuse,
whenever applicable
  1. Responsible in being a role model of the Company that would be aligned with the Company Standards,
Code of Discipline and Policy and Procedures
  1. Performs other functions and duties which may be assigned by the immediate superior.
