Job Overview
The Trade Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive product visibility, sales growth, and brand presence across distribution channels. This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales by ensuring that promotional activities, merchandising initiatives, and in-store executions align with overall business objectives.The Trade Marketing Officer works closely with the sales team, distributors, and retail partners to maximize market share and improve customer engagement.
Work Environment- Office-based with frequent fieldwork and store visits

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Develop and implement trade marketing programs to support sales objectives.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, in-store displays, and merchandising activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and recommend improvements.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and brand visibility.
- Work closely with the sales team to align trade activities with revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations on trade marketing performance.
