About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions (TORCH) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Associate for Telecommunications Accounts (Non-Voice) to join our dynamic team in Cebu Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional non-voice customer support to our telecommunications clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and online messaging platforms
  • Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document resolutions
  • Provide updates and feedback to customers on the status of their requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Actively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using various software and online tools to support customer service activities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
