Qualifications/Requirements
✅ Minimum Qualifications- Education:
o Vocational course or TESDA NC II in Food & Beverage Services (advantageous, especially in the Philippines)
- Experience:
o At least 6 months to 1 year experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel dining (but many employers train fresh graduates)
o Knowledge of basic serving procedures and customer service________________________________________
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with:
o Taking orders, upselling items, and using POS systems
o Serving food and beverages with correct etiquette
o Handling table setup, bussing, and resetting
- Basic knowledge of food safety, allergens, and hygiene
