Front of the House Assistant
Job Summary:

As a Front of the House (FOH) Assistant, you will responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience. You will assist in greeting customers, taking orders, serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude

Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
Answer customer questions about the menu or restaurant
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas
Assist with cashiering, table bussing, and customer needs
Handle customer feedback or concerns professionally

Support team members during busy hours

Qualifications/Requirements

Pleasing Personality
With Work Experience (is a plus but not required)
Good Communication Skills
At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level
