Mini Backhoe Operator - Cebu

Is currently looking for:

MINI BACKHOE OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a mini backhoe to perform tasks such as digging, trenching, backfilling, and grading.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, or other vehicles using the mini backhoe.
• Inspect and maintain the mini backhoe to ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed while operating machinery.
• Work with project managers and site supervisors to plan and execute tasks effectively.
• Assist with other construction or landscaping tasks as needed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on machinery.
• Maintain proper documentation related to equipment operation and maintenance.
• Communicate with team members to ensure coordination and efficiency on job sites.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.
• Performs relevant tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

• NC II CERTIFICATE/TRAINING (required)
• DRIVER'S LICENSE (1,2,3&8) (CE)
• At least 2 years of experience
• Willing to be assigned temporarily to other project sites outside Cebu (ex. Bohol) if necessary
