Senior Business Analyst (Procurement)

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Procurement) to support large-scale procurement transformation and enterprise technology initiatives.

This role is ideal for a seasoned Business Analyst with strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), vendor management, and enterprise procurement systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to drive process improvements, define requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery.

• Lead business analysis activities for procurement and vendor management solutions
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process workflows
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements sessions
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Support product backlog management, prioritization, and release planning
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and release readiness activities
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend business solutions
• Maintain requirements traceability and stakeholder communications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 8-10+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise systems or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of:
• Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Supplier/Vendor Management
• Procurement Operations and Contract Management
• Experience with procurement platforms such as Ivalua, Coupa, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise solutions
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SDLC frameworks
• Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership, or Procurement
• Experience supporting procurement modernization or digital transformation programs
• Exposure to enterprise ERP implementations and vendor management platforms
