  • Drives growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities while nurturing long-term, collaborative relationships with key customers; represents customer needs internally.
  • Oversees commercial activities end to end, including opportunity assessment, coordination with technical teams, pricing development, agreement negotiation, and financial validation to ensure sustainable outcomes.
  • Acts as a central point of coordination between customers and internal stakeholders to support successful project execution, issue resolution, and delivery performance.
  • Monitors market dynamics, customer direction, regulatory considerations, and competitive landscape, translating insights into recommendations that support strategic planning and portfolio alignment.
  • Maintains visibility of sales performance through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting, ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and contractual commitments.
  • Reviews performance indicators and drives continuous improvement initiatives across strategies, processes, and systems to support business objectives.
  • Ensures compliance with quality, safety, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements in all commercial activities.

  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the automotive, industrial, or tech sectors
  • Proven success in managing OEM/Tier-1 customers and delivering commercial growth
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles, OEM sourcing processes, and contract negotiation
  • Understanding of product costing, RFQ responses, and pricing models
  • Familiarity with commercial risk management and supply chain/customer operations
  • Analytical thinking for market segmentation, opportunity mapping, and customer strategy
  • Experience handling multi-country clients, complex RFQs, and cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting tools.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
