Distributor Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

• This role is responsible for developing the distributor’s organization and business with the goal of achieving contributory objectives, such as key sales indicators and other performance parameters set by Asia Brewery Inc. It serves as the primary liaison between the distributor and ABI personnel, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• The role leads the implementation of business-building programs for distributor operations, oversees the selling-in of ABI products, and maintains standard inventory levels. It also involves closely monitoring product distribution in the assigned area through accurate sales forecasting, ensuring product availability, estimating lead times, tracking order status, and managing delivery schedules.

• Distributor Development: Develops distributor organization to achieve key sales and performance objectives
• Liaison Role: Acts as link between distributor and company personnel
• Program Implementation: Leads execution of business development programs for distributor operations
• Sales Management: Ensures effective selling-in and maintains optimal inventory levels
• Distribution Monitoring: Oversees product distribution through forecasting, availability, and delivery coordination

• Days: Monday to Saturday

Qualifications & Competencies Needed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
• With at least 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
• Knowledgeable in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management
• Holder of Professional or Non-Professional Driver’s License with a Restriction Code of AB
• With proven experience as a Distributor Manager
• Skilled in handling and managing distributor companies
