As a Tech and Customer Support Representative with one of payment solutions company in the US, you will be a vital part of our customer support team. You'll be responsible for efficiently resolving assigned tickets and tasks on time, maintaining excellent customer communication, providing support to your team members, and ensuring a high level of detail-oriented, responsible, and collaborative performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively resolve assigned technical tickets and tasks within agreed-upon timeframes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers professionally and empathetically to understand and resolve their technical issues.
  • Collaborate closely with your team members to share knowledge, assist with complex issues, and collectively achieve team goals.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail when diagnosing and resolving technical problems to ensure accuracy.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, actively participating in team projects and initiatives.
  • Take full responsibility for the timely completion of assigned tasks and adhere to company procedures and guidelines.
