I. Application and Admissions Support
College Applications- Supports development and testing of the online application system.
- Processes applications, validates high school records, reviews proof of payment, and confirms applicant status - first-year or transfer
- Assists applicants with requirements, addresses issues from applicants, recommenders, and registrars, and escalates unresolved cases
- Follows up with incomplete applicants to address concerns
A. Pre-Ateneo College Entrance Test
- Sends test materials to Provincial Testing Centers or PTCs and manages the courier budget
- Coordinates couriers for timely delivery, schedules pickups, tracks shipments, and logs data
- Prepares test materials, joins site inspections, and attends meetings for Metro Manila sites
- Checks test booklets for errors pre-printing
- Acts as co-team lead at Metro Manila sites
- Checks examiner and proctor attendance, contacts absentees, and arranges replacements
- Co-supervises ACET deputies, maintains order in test areas, handles logistics, and disburses tokens
- May administer tests at PTCs if needed
- Rechecks answer sheet arrangements, verifies examinee and absentee lists.
- Checks completeness of PTC materials, reports missing/damaged booklets, and helps track shipments
A. Pre-Meetings
- Reviews and prepares admission lists, focusing on borderline scores or unusual profiles
- Attends meetings, encodes final decisions, and records them for review
- Contributes to discussions, ensuring departmental caps and percentile rules are followed
- Verifies OAA’s system matches recorded decisions
- Relays updated data to departments and resolves inquiries
- Rechecks and edits decision letters before release
IV. Confirmation of College Applications
Step 1: Acceptance of Offer- Saves requirement copies for accepted applicants and verifies login credentials
- Handles payment inquiries and coordinates with the Bursar on issues
- Receives, checks, and records confirmation documents and assists in OAA system updates
- Contacts students with missing requirements and verifies with schools
- Reviews, sorts, and organizes documents
- Verifies credentials for special programs - e.g., Filipino for Non-Filipino Speakers
- Processes appeals from waitlisted/non-accepted applicants and program change requests
- Checks completeness, records details for review, contacts applicants for clarification, and provides further instructions
- May discuss terms with probationary students and parents
- Assists in shredding confidential documents and maintaining cleanliness of storage rooms and encoder areas
- Mans the front desk, answers calls, and receives visitors
- May help with scholarship checks and school fair logistics
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- With at least two (2) years relevant work experience
