As part of our continued partnership with one of our key clients, we’re hiring a relationship-driven and proactive Account Manager to join our team in Angeles City.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for your clients—ensuring they see real value, grow their offshore teams, and stay engaged long-term.

Client Relationship & Success
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and consistent delivery
  • Act as the primary strategic point of contact across all stages of the client journey
  • Proactively manage expectations and communicate clearly and confidently
  • Conduct regular check-ins to monitor satisfaction and uncover opportunities
  • Handle client concerns with urgency, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Capture and share client feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, actions, and outcomes
Client Growth (Supporting)
  • Identify opportunities to expand client accounts through additional roles or services
  • Share insights, ideas, and solutions to help clients scale their offshore teams
  • Partner with leadership to develop account growth plans
  • Support clients with workforce planning as their needs evolve
Recruitment Coordination
  • Act as the client-facing lead throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate closely with the Recruitment team to ensure role alignment and progress
  • Facilitate candidate interviews, timelines, and communication
  • Provide structured feedback between clients and recruiters
  • Ensure consistent updates and momentum throughout the hiring lifecycle
Onboarding Coordination
  • Ensure all Day 1 requirements are completed ahead of start dates
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (HR, IT, Operations)
  • Monitor onboarding progress and resolve any issues proactively
  • Prepare clients for successful onboarding of their new team members
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as the central coordination point across internal teams
  • Ensure alignment on client priorities, timelines, and expectations
  • Participate in internal meetings and surface risks or opportunities
  • Provide clear reporting on account health, recruitment progress, and client sentiment
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on trust and long-term value
  • Experience working with offshore clients or global stakeholders is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-through
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Recruitment, HR, and Operations teams
  • Ability to think strategically while executing day-to-day client needs
  • Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
