Elite Virtual Employment Solutions (EVES) is partnering with a large, established US Accounting Firm that is expanding its operations in the Philippines. We are seeking an Accounting Manager who wants real upward mobility, where expanded responsibilities are deliberately matched with higher titles and competitive pay as the organization grows.

• Manage and lead multiple accounting engagements for US clients
• Coordinate directly with US Client Account Managers (CAMs)
• Oversee full-cycle accounting and GAAP-compliant reporting
• Review general ledger accounts, workpapers, and financial data
• Deliver accurate weekly and month-end reports
• Review financial statements and ensure timely submission
• Drive improvements in accounting systems, processes, and controls
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior accounting professionals
• Take on broader leadership responsibilities as the team and client portfolio expand
• Play a key role in shaping the future of the PH accounting operations

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Background in public accounting, restaurant, or retail industry is a strong advantage
• CPA license is not required
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise
• Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency
• Willing to work a US-aligned schedule (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite at:
• 2nd Floor, AD Taccad Building, Enrile Boulevard, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, or
• Abanao Square Mall, Baguio City, or
• Marquee Mall, Angeles City, Pampanga
