Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives through campaign administration, sales communications, materials coordination, reporting, and administrative support.This is a project-based role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, format, and distribute weekly sales communications, promotional briefs, and internal marketing updates.
- Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and distribution of marketing materials, signage, point-of-purchase (POP) displays, and promotional collateral.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) by collecting data, updating reports and dashboards, and identifying performance variances.
- Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project calendars, documenting meeting notes, and following up on action items.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and monthly accrual activities.
- Ensure marketing activities are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Maintain organized project documentation and records.
- Follow assigned standard work procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business requirements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or related support role.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Jira.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Organized, proactive, analytical, and adaptable.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or coordinating marketing projects.
- Familiarity with budget tracking, reporting, or administrative support functions.
