Sales and Marketing Admin Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales and Marketing Admin Coordinator serves as a liaison between various sales groups and works with internal and external clients. The incumbent coordinates and expedites workflows and materials within or among departments according to the monthly or weekly production schedule.He/she assumes responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day activities and needs of the department to ensure its smooth operation.
Responsibilities
Facilitates marketing activities, strategic sponsorships, and brand collaborations
Leads end-to-end planning and on-site supervision for events
Organizes product presentations for key stakeholders and clients
Sources and coordinates with suppliers and procurement for merchandising projects
Monitors supplier payables and processes no-charge transactions for samples and
sponsorships
Manages the sourcing, deployment, and performance monitoring of brand ambassadors
Supervises the marketing library and merchandising inventory to ensure resource
availability
Collates leads and market information to generate actionable insights and performance
reports
Maintains and ensures proper filing of documents such as PRs, POs, quotations, and
contracts
Executes administrative tasks and additional duties assigned to him/her
Analyzes problems and recommends necessary corrective and preventive actions
Provides monthly project completion reports for project completion
Requirements
Marketing or Business Management Graduate
