About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our cable account customers.

This is a full-time position based in our Cebu City office.

What you'll be doing
  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to cable services
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistently high level of customer service
  • Participating in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry developments
What we're looking for
  • At least HS/SHS or COLLEGE undergraduate/ graduate, open to with or without BPO experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications or cable industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer issues
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  • A positive, friendly, and patient attitude, with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
