Overview: STAFFVIRTUAL is hiring a Customer Service Representative on behalf of CrunchLabs. This role is ideal for self-starters with experience in tickets, email, phone, and chat support. You'll thrive in a startup-style environment, working without rigid scripts, and delivering authentic, helpful support to subscribers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive, high-quality support across tickets, email, phone, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the support team via Slack and Google Workspace.
- Manage and track customer interactions using Gorgias.
- Adapt to customer needs without relying on strict scripts.
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer support processes.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Must have prior experience in multi-channel support (tickets, email, phone, chat).
- Excellent written and spoken English; natural, conversational communication style.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup.
- Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
- Willing to work night shift
- Familiarity with Gorgias, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.
