Marketing Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing campaigns, social media management, influencer/KOL coordination, and day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with internship experience who are eager to grow in the marketing field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Create, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms
• Monitor social media engagement and performance
• Assist in coordinating with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), influencers, and brand ambassadors for marketing collaborations
• Help track KOL campaigns, deliverables, and performance results
• Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign results
• Gather market and consumer insights to support strategy
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for project requirements
• Support event planning and marketing activities
• Perform administrative tasks and assist in processing campaign-related payments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates; internship experience is an advantage
• Familiar with social media platforms, influencer/KOL marketing, and basic digital marketing tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; Canva or similar tools is a plus
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
