Job Summary
Alex Car Restoration is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and sales-driven Sales & Marketing Associate to help grow the business through lead management, customer relationship management (CRM), sales follow-ups, and social media support.
This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, tracking sales performance metrics, maintaining strong customer communication, and supporting the company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management- Handle inbound inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, website, calls, and walk-ins
- Conduct outbound lead generation and follow-ups
- Schedule client appointments and shop visits
- Perform sales calls and customer consultations
- Follow up on quotations, pending approvals, and inactive leads
- Ensure fast response times to customer inquiries
- Assist in converting inquiries into booked projects
- Maintain and update CRM systems daily
- Track and monitor:
- lead response times
- show rates
- booking rates
- close rates
- lost leads
- repeat customers
- Organize customer records and sales pipelines
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve conversions
- Help manage company social media accounts
- Reply to messages and comments professionally
- Coordinate posting schedules and customer engagement
- Assist in creating captions, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Support content gathering during vehicle releases and projects
- Help maintain brand consistency across platforms
- Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or CRM management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with CRM systems, Google Sheets, and sales tracking
- Comfortable making sales calls and follow-ups
- Organized and highly detail-oriented
- Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of social media platforms and online customer engagement
