Qualifications/Requirements
Education:- At least 12 years of educational background (SHS/2nd Year College)
- Finished/took an IT-related course is a plus
- IT Related courses is a plus
- Tech support or IT Service desk background is a plus
- Experience in chat, email and voice is a plus
- Experience with SQL and SaaS is a plus
