About the role
Cebu Tele-Net Philippines Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
What you'll be doing- Proactively cater calls to address needs and inquiries
- Providing accurate and timely information ensuring a positive experience
- Documenting interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Preferably those with 6 months of experience in the BPO industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- A positive, friendly and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
