Accounts payable (ap) staff - urgently hiring

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform accounting and clerical duties related to processing of accounts payable transactions. Proper documentation in filing of Incoming & Outgoing of documents procedure.

IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR: AP Accountant

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Accounting -related course
• Computer literate (MS OFFICE)
• Good communication skills
• SAP background is advantage
• Attention to details
• With sense of Urgency
• Can work with minimum supervision

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Completeness and accuracy of BIR 2307 attachment of AP Vouchers.
2. Validation of third-party trucker billings, manpower billings and gasoline – within five (5) days upon receipt of the billing.
3. In charge in meter reading for Electricity and Water.
4. Prepare distribution of usage report for AP1 Staff’s basis for payment processing and AR in-charge for billing to DMPI.
5. Accurate recording of OR/CR of released checks and timely updates those in manual monitoring and in SAP system
6. Proper documentation in filing of incoming and outgoing of documents procedure.
7. Other admin tasks such as doing some of workloads of AP1 staff in her absence, procurement of office supplies, generate employees DTRs every cut-off and registering new employees.
8. Other tasks that may be assigned by her immediate superior.
