Is currently looking for:

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain updated records.
• Manage payment schedules, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
• Collaborate with the procurement and installation teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers, checks, and wire payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ experience in accounts payable or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Understanding of mathematics accounting and financial processes
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• With an ISO knowledge is a plus
