The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to operations and support teams, providing guidance on people management, organizational development, and employee engagement. This role partners closely with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring a high‑performance and employee‑centric culture within the BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with operations leadership to support workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
- Provide HR advisory on policies, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Drive engagement initiatives, talent development programs, and retention strategies aligned with business needs.
- Monitor HR metrics (attrition, attendance, performance trends) and recommend action plans.
- Support end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, coaching, and career progression.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional HR teams (Recruitment, L&D, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver seamless support to assigned business units.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years HR experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and HR advisory.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, metrics-driven environment.
