Posted on 6 May 2026- Attend technical visits, meetings requested by clients, and attend pre-bid meetings
- Supervise Mechanical de-scaling jobs: Evaporative Condenser, Boiler, Heat Exchanges, Cooling Tower including Air-con maintenance and other projects
- Project costing and estimation for all project concerns
- Accommodate technical concerns/queries from client and/or company’s area sales managers/regional sales manager
- Follow all safety rules and procedures established per work area
- Regularly report to the technical services head of all service-related activities
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as required
- Complete any project assigned by the technical services dept. including, but not limited to weekly and monthly reports, data entry, prospect mailings, and other support functions that may arise, as staffing requirements and business evolution dictate
- Supervise Mechanical de-scaling jobs: Evaporative Condenser, Boiler, Heat Exchanges, Cooling Tower including Air-con maintenance and other projects
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, with or without a license
- Knowledgeable in HVAC System
- At least 2 years of experience as a Service/Maintenance Manager
- Sensitive to Project deadlines
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and can do multitask
- Proficient in the use of Autocad and Microsoft applications
- Willing to work flexible hours during field assignments
