Role Summary: Watch short food videos, confirm the dish matches the menu, tag items, and request simple, precise edits so every clip is ready to publish.

Responsibilities

Review food clips for accuracy and appeal. Confirm the dish shown matches the menu item.
Tag and label dishes, restaurants, and attributes in Notion and Dropbox.
Write clear edit notes that lead to one-round fixes.
Catch and resolve wrong names, duplicates, ghost kitchens, and outdated files.
Keep statuses and folders aligned so videos move from Edit to Finish without delays.
Protect quality standards for clarity, pacing, and order-now appeal.

You spot small inconsistencies quickly and never let them pass.
Your edit notes are short, specific, and actionable.
You maintain speed without losing accuracy.
You understand short-form patterns that make food look irresistible.

Must-Haves

Proven success in detail-heavy, repetitive workflows.
Strong Notion and Dropbox skills.
Clear written English and structured note-taking.
Reliable internet and a computer that can scrub video smoothly.
External monitor at 1080p or higher.
Able to work independently and hit volume targets.

Nice to Have

Basic CapCut, After Effects, or similar.
Familiar with Reels and TikTok patterns.
Interest in food trends.

Tools: Notion, Dropbox, Google Chrome. We also reference Instagram, menu links, and internal SOPs.
