Insurance Sales Manager (HMO / Life)

- Delivery of required PREMIUM and GROSS REVENUE commitment and requirement stipulated by the Company as the Territory Sales Manager’s Quota every month, every quarter, and every year.
- Formation of the Sales Organization for the Territory composed of Sales Leaders and Sales Agents in accordance with the Minimum Numbers required by the Company.
- Preparation and Implementation of the Production, Manpower, and Business Development Plans of the Territory required by the Company.
- Recruitment of the various Agency needed for the achievement of the Production and Manpower Quota of the Territory.
- Monitoring and Reporting of the Manpower and Sales Performance of the Sales Leaders and the Sales Agents to ensure that they are within the stipulated Quota as required by the Company.
- Review and Evaluation of the Manpower Build-up and Sales Performance of the various Sales Organizations under the Business Unit for the purpose of instituting Corrective Actions where necessary.
- Holding of Company-approved Activities for the improvement of the skills, knowledge, attitude, and habits of the Sales Manpower of the Territory.
- Coordination with the Territory Head for the proper handling of concerns, issues and/or problems affecting the Region.
- Participation in various company-approved activities and doing such other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
- The Territory Sales Head and his team (leaders and agents) are expected to see to it that all materials, brochures, sales kits, equipment, memoranda, circulars, and other valuable information are used only for the purpose for which they are issued and to treat them with some degree of confidentiality when necessary to protect the organization and the company. They are to be promptly turned over to, and when required by, the Company without the necessity of demand.
- The Territory Sales Manager, his/her Leaders and Sales Agents are expected to act and behave with proper decorum that befits that of a highly responsible and respected representatives of the Company.
- The use of company facilities, equipment, furniture, and other resources is a privilege granted by the company. The Territory Sales Manager, his/her Leaders and Sales Agents are enjoined to use these resources only for activities related to the business of the Company.
- The Territory Sales Manager is expected to handle all company funds and accountable items with honesty and fidelity.
