Job Summary: The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent to meet the needs of the organization and its clients.
What does a day in the life of a Senior Recruiter Look Like?- Partner with Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Leadership to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, referrals, social media, etc.) to identify and attract top talent
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidates effectively
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication and transparency throughout the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws in all recruitment activities
- Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes
- Mentor and provide guidance to Recruiters as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best hiring practices
- Properly disposition all candidates in the applicant tracking system
- Provide verbal offers, including salary and benefits packages
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes to all hiring managers and leadership
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment processes and priorities
- Collaborates with other departments as needed to support talent acquisition efforts
- Continuously improves knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
- Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter, or relevant role, preferably in the call center or staffing environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional team
