HR Training Associate

The HR Training Associate is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of employee training and development programs. This role supports learning initiatives by organizing training activities, maintaining training records, coordinating with facilitators and participants, and ensuring the effective delivery of development programs that enhance employee performance and growth.

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Training and Development, Learning and Development, or Human Resources.
• Experience in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee development activities is an advantage.
• Knowledge of training administration, documentation, and learning management systems is preferred.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Personable and able to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Willing to learn and contribute to the continuous improvement of training and development initiatives.
