JOB DESCRIPTIONProduct Training & Customer Support
- Conduct hands-on product training for customers, dealers, and workshop technicians
- Train users on proper operation of MAHLE ACX350/450 AC service machines
- Explain refrigerant recovery, vacuuming, charging, oil injection, and maintenance procedures
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and presentations
- Conduct product demonstrations during events, roadshows, or customer visits
- Provide after-sales technical support onsite or remotely
- Diagnose and repair ACX350/450 machine issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and refrigeration-related faults
- Replace defective components and verify machine functionality
- Ensure machines comply with operational and safety standards
- Maintain service records and technical reports
- Assist in machine setup, installation, and commissioning
- Verify machine readiness before customer turnover
- Conduct operational testing and user familiarization
- Create and update troubleshooting guides and service procedures
- Submit service reports and customer feedback
- Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers regarding technical concerns and warranty claims
- Support sales team during technical presentations
- Assist in technical evaluation and customer consultation
- Train internal staff and new technical personnel when required
Qualifications/Requirements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Preferably College graduate or at least High School with certification in Vocational course for automotive repair or AC servicing
- ASE Certification is an advantage
- With at least 1-2 years of experience as Car AC Technician or any similar role.
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Driver's License is a plus
