FIELD SALES ENGINEER

What This Role Really Is

This is field sales in the construction industry.

You will:

• Prospect and call on contractors, developers, and project owners
• Generate new accounts and follow up active leads
• Read drawings and specs to position the right product
• Prepare quotations and close sales
• Track projects from inquiry to delivery
• Hit monthly sales targets

This role is measured by revenue closed, not by site supervision.

Who Should Apply

This role fits someone who:

• Has actual sales experience in construction materials, steel, piling, or infrastructure products
• Has handled contractor accounts
• Is used to chasing collections and following up quotations
• Is comfortable with sales targets and commission structure
• Can read drawings but prefers closing deals over managing sites
• Is willing to do regular field visits

Civil or Mechanical Engineering graduates are welcome only if you have sales exposure.

If your background is purely project execution with no sales experience, this may not be the right fit.
