- JOB ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Solar Sales Engineer, you will drive revenue by offering end-to-end solar solutions—from consultation to closing deals.
You are both a technical expert + sales closer.- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new clients (residential, commercial, industrial)
- Conduct site assessments & client consultations
- Design and propose solar PV system solutions
- Prepare and present technical proposals & quotations
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Coordinate with engineering & installation teams
- Maintain strong after-sales relationship
- Stay updated on solar technologies, ROI, and market trends
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering, ECE, or related field
- Experience in solar, electrical, construction, or technical sales is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of:
- Solar PV systems (grid-tie, hybrid, off-grid)
- Basic electrical design & load computation
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-disciplined
- Can work independently and handle field work
- With existing network in construction, real estate, or business sector is a BIG PLUS
- COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
- Basic Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
