Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the consistent implementation of quality and compliance standards across all production processes. This role supervises the validation of physico-chemical and microbiological analyses, and conducts bi-annual evaluations of product’s conformity with established specifications, including supplier audit.The role involves the review, revision, and updating of process parameters and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain regulatory and organizational compliance.
The Supervisor also develops and implements quality manuals, SOPs, and inspection guidelines to support continuous improvement in quality management systems. In addition, the role includes conducting Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) orientations and training programs to promote a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or food environment.
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and other relevant quality management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and laboratory data management systems

- Compressed work schedule: Monday to Thursday (6am – 5pm) and Friday (6am – 3pm)
- No work on Saturdays and Sundays.
