CONCIERGE

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or any related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a concierge role or a similar customer service position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and clients.
• Must possess a pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on Sundays, holidays, and flexible schedules as required by operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information and assistance to mall visitors regarding store locations, mall services, events, and ongoing promotions.
• Assist with lost and found concerns, public announcements, and other customer assistance services.
• Support daily mall operations by coordinating with tenants, security, and other departments as needed.
