HR/ADMIN

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Keep and update employee records and databases.
  • Booking meetings and scheduling events.
  • Take down weekly minutes of the meeting.
  • Being actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Responsible for making payroll and pay slips.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related field.
  • Graduates of any 4 years course, or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferably with experience as a HR/Admin is a plus. At least 1-2 years of experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information.
  • Flexible, proactive, and can work with minimal supervision.
