Management Trainee

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:

• Assist managers with daily operational and administrative tasks
• Support coordination across different departments
• Monitor workflows and help ensure timely completion of tasks
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as needed
• Participate in training sessions to learn company procedures and policies
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and productivity
• Provide support in project planning and implementation
