What you'll be doing- Shadowing and learning from experienced store managers to understand all facets of retail management
- Assisting with daily store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision
- Participating in the implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Contributing to the development and execution of operational strategies to improve store efficiency
- Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive in-store environment
- Collaborating with the broader team to identify and resolve issues, and implement continuous improvements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or retail management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
