Payroll Assistant Manager

Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and allowances.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department to handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare payroll reports and provide analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Work with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to standards and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in payroll management.
- Supervise and guide payroll team members to achieve departmental objectives.

A successful Payroll Assistant Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in payroll processing, preferably within the insurance industry.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
