About the role
This is a full-time virtual customer service role with Nezda Technologies, Inc. offering remote work opportunities in Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for all clients and customers.
What you'll be doing- Answering inbound customer calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
- Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
