Overview
We are seeking a highly versatile and proactive Digital Marketing & Business Support Specialist to become an integral part of our growing team. This is not a traditional Virtual Assistant role, nor a specialist-only marketing position. We require an all-rounder who can support multiple areas of the business, manage our digital presence, and assist with ongoing business growth initiatives across several brands and industries.
The successful candidate will work closely with our internal team to help manage, grow, and streamline our marketing, lead generation, social media, and customer engagement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management- Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts across various brands.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and maintain content calendars.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages where required, and support audience growth strategies.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong brand consistency across all platforms.
- Create, launch, monitor, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Connect WhatsApp campaigns and lead generation tools with social media platforms.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting.
- Assist with audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign scaling.
- Create marketing content using AI tools and other content creation platforms.
- Develop graphics, promotional materials, captions, and campaign assets.
- Support the development of new brands, products, and business launches.
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding and marketing objectives.
- Monitor incoming leads from social media channels, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Assist with lead qualification and routing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Help optimise lead capture processes and customer journeys.
- Support CRM updates and lead management workflows.
- Build and maintain landing pages for new products, services, and business launches.
- Assist with sales funnel creation and optimisation.
- Ensure landing pages are designed to maximise conversions and lead generation.
- Implement and manage automated responses for Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Assist with workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Support integration of marketing tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
- Provide administrative and operational support across multiple business ventures.
- Assist with project coordination and business launch activities.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support business growth and daily operations.
- Collaborate closely with internal team members to achieve business objectives.
Ideal Candidate
