Job Description: Admin Staff

The Admin Staff is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations. This role involves handling documentation, maintaining records, coordinating office activities, assisting employees and clients, and supporting different departments as needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment
  • Support HR, accounting, and operations departments when needed
  • Respond to inquiries from employees, clients, and visitors
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of company records
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any program.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work onsite
