We are on the lookout for the following talent:
The System Administrator is proactive and detail-oriented to manage and support our core IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for handling end-user hardware deployments, administering our Microsoft 365 and collaboration environments, and maintaining stable network connectivity.You will play a crucial role in the employee onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring seamless access control and hardware provisioning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports deployment of Laptops and other necessary IT equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining 365 environment and necessary access for new and existing employee.
- Responsible for maintenance of Teams group and channel, Outlook and other related tools require attention.
- Responsible in maintaining network infrastructure for smooth internet connectivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in system administration, IT support, or network administration.
- Knowledgeable in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.
- Hands-on experience in managing Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, licenses, and access permissions.
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams administration, Outlook configuration, and other Microsoft collaboration tools.
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Understanding of Active Directory, user management, and access control processes.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to support onboarding and offboarding of employees by providing required system access and equipment.
- Knowledgeable in IT security best practices and data protection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in documentation and inventory management of IT assets.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical concerns in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work on-site and on the night shift
