Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to support our client operations, focusing on Shopify store management, product updates, and general ecommerce support tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and update product listings on Shopify
- Edit product images and create basic designs using Canva
- Update product details, pricing, descriptions, and stock levels
- Process online orders and assist with fulfilment coordination
- Handle basic customer inquiries and support
- Assist with inventory tracking and general admin tasks
- Support day-to-day ecommerce operations
Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience in ecommerce
- Strong knowledge of Shopify (experience is highly advantageous)
- Proficient in Canva for product and image updates preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Computer literate (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Able to work independently in an office-based environment
- Willing to work onsite
- Can start immediately
