Marketing Manager
KargaX is seeking a strategic and driven Marketing Manager who will lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and actively pursue brand partnership and sponsorship opportunities. This role requires a creative, metrics-driven marketer with strong commercial instincts and the ability to build high-impact relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan, develop, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, content marketing).
Develop a strong brand presence across digital platforms aligned with KargaX’s brand voice and business goals.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot).
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality creatives.- Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships
Identify, approach, and build relationships with brands and partners that align with KargaX’s vision.
Develop compelling sponsorship packages and co-marketing proposals for brands to join marketing initiatives and events.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and ROI.
Maintain a pipeline of potential sponsors and partnership opportunities.- Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Support launch and promotional campaigns for new services or platform features.
Organize marketing events, activations, and collaborations as needed.- Reporting & Performance Tracking
Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and partnership impact.
Present regular updates to management on KPIs, growth initiatives, and partnership results.
