Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and documents
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars when needed
Provide basic information about the company’s services and operations
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
Monitor visitor logs and issue visitor passes if required
Coordinate with different departments for inquiries and concerns
Handle office supplies and inventory for front desk use
Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of any business-related courseProven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
