Training Support Specialist

Responsible for providing administrative and operational support while assisting in the development of training materials and presentations. This role supports day-to-day business operations, documentation, and learning enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and reporting
- Support operational processes and internal coordination across teams
- Develop and design training decks, presentations, and learning materials
- Maintain updated training documentation and process guides
- Assist in onboarding and internal training sessions
- Ensure consistency and quality of training content
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Education, Information Technology, or any related field
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, operations support, training coordination, or content development
- Experience in creating presentations, training materials, or learning content (e.g., PowerPoint, instructional decks, process guides)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of operational processes and training or onboarding support is an advantage
- Experience in LMS tools or content design tools (e.g., Canva, SharePoint, or similar platforms) is a plus
