We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in Infoblox DDI, Fortinet Firewall, and Routing & Switching technologies. The role is responsible for supporting and managing enterprise-wide network infrastructure across global environments, ensuring stability, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in network infrastructure management, migration projects, incident management, and automation initiatives within multinational enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, monitor, and manage enterprise network infrastructure across global environments
- Support BAU operations and project-based network initiatives
- Deploy and improve network solutions to enhance efficiency, security, and stability
- Install, configure, and maintain:
- Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
- Routers and Switches
- Fortinet Firewalls
- Lead infrastructure deployment and migration activities for business-critical applications
- Provide technical leadership for migration and integration projects
- Support scripting and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes for WAN/LAN and security infrastructure
- Lead critical incident resolution calls involving multi-platform environments
- Collaborate with OS, Middleware, Database, and Application Support teams
- Conduct root cause analysis and prepare production incident reports
- Support audits, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives
- Recommend and implement service improvement and risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain updated technical documentation including:
- Network diagrams
- Inventory records
- Traffic flow documentation
- Troubleshooting guides
- Operational procedures
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide expert technical guidance
- Ensure service delivery targets and SLA metrics are consistently achieved
- Work collaboratively with global teams across shift operations
- Continuously improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and service quality
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network infrastructure management
- Strong technical expertise in:
- Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
- Routing & Switching
- Fortinet Firewall Technologies
- Experience handling large-scale network deployment and migration projects
- Knowledge of scripting and infrastructure automation implementations
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with multinational and globally distributed teams
- Ability to manage risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
