You’ll work remotely, collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure the company’s financial health and support its growth trajectory. Your attention to detail and proficiency in financial management will be instrumental in streamlining processes and providing valuable insights to guide business decisions.

• Manage and optimize QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate financial records
• Process and record expense bookings with precision and timeliness
• Conduct thorough monthly closings and reconciliations
• Assist in backloading historical financial data to maintain comprehensive records
• Collaborate effectively with team members using digital communication tools
• Provide financial insights and reports to support management decision-making
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations

• Proven experience with QuickBooks Online and general bookkeeping practices
• Strong background in expense management and financial record-keeping
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in digital collaboration tools and remote work technologies
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Background or interest in the food industry is a plus
