Manila - Bookkeeper

Pay Rate: $5/hr

Position Overview:

As a Bookkeeper at Harwood Global, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting our financial operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency of our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare financial statements.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
