Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Support Quality Analyst
- Minimum of 3 years experience as IT Support with knowledge of troubleshooting and remote assistance
- Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/Computer-related course
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily engineer audits and energize the team through engaging calibration sessions.
- Provide hands-on, side-by-side audits coupled with real-time coaching to empower engineers.
- Host dynamic weekly ticket reviews with team leaders, and share impactful QA updates via roadshows and training sessions.
- Deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly quality reports, while swiftly escalating any quality concerns to management.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, collaborating seamlessly across departments to drive success.
Key Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of process flow and development, paired with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in crafting, testing, and documenting innovative and efficient IT testing solutions.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, swiftly adapt to shifting priorities, and excel in dynamic, team-driven environments.
- Highly detail-oriented and self-driven, with the flexibility to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer care.
- Hands-on experience managing IT systems, including installation, maintenance, and operations support within call center and corporate environments.
- Professional and adaptable, always striving to surpass expectations and deliver top-tier results.
